Ashampoo Photo Optimizer can easily convert: JPEG,.Mechanical fiber production is well known in the art. Basically, mechanical fibers are divided into two categories, namely, staple and tow fibers. The term “staple fibers” is generally understood in the art to mean fibers having a length of at least about 3 mm, while the term “tow fibers” is generally understood in the art to mean fibers having a length of less than about 3 mm. Both staple fibers and tow fibers are commonly produced using a carding process. The fibers produced in such a process may be referred to as “carded fibers”. More recently, tow fibers, particularly tow fibers used to make nonwoven webs for hygiene products such as diapers, adult incontinence products and feminine hygiene products, have been produced using spunbond processes. A spunbond process generally involves extruding a molten polymeric resin in the form of a wide, ribbon-like stream. The extruded resin is then directed into a flash tank, in which it cools and solidifies. The resin is then cut into lengths corresponding to the lengths of the tow fiber used in the nonwoven web. The solidified lengths of resin, commonly referred to as “monofilament” or “rod”, are then fed to a drawing unit, in which they are drawn at a drawing ratio of between about 1.0 and about 10. The resulting tow fibers generally have a low count and large diameter, which is generally undesirable for many applications. For example, the low count and large diameter generally leads to tow fibers that are difficult to orient in a web, which leads to tow fibers that have inferior strength characteristics in a nonwoven web. Various improvements have been made to tow fiber manufacturing processes in an attempt to make tow fibers having a lower diameter and more desirable characteristics for nonwoven webs. One example involves the use of side-by-side tow fiber making methods, which increase the average tow fiber diameter and reduce the tow fiber diameter distribution. Another example involves the use of tow fiber making methods that include sequential tow fiber making steps, which can be described as producing a first tow fiber having a first diameter and then producing a second tow fiber having a second diameter that is less than the first
